Sometimes words just aren't enough. That's where our design staff enters into the project. Realistic, accurate and precise drawings not only give you the picture of what you're getting (two-dimensional drawings), but also make it easy to visualize (3-D drawings). We will design your space based on your objectives so that it is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Detailed installation drawings will also be provided to minimize disruption and downtime. Overall floorplans are done on CAD and GIZA.

Workstation Reconfiguration

We use all the parts from your old system that are functional. All parts are inventoried to ensure your furniture will work according to plan.

Your panels can be professionally steam cleaned to get rid of unsightly dirt and stains. If you prefer, your panels can be reupholstered for a "like new" look. Panel trim and components can be painted as well.

Everything is laid out to precise dimensions and specifications to match the appropriate space plan. Our project manager makes sure the installation takes place on time and on budget with minimal disruption.

If you choose to have your product refurbished, we guarantee that there will be a "brand new" look and feel to everything.

Move Coordination

Our consultants are experts in developing a relocation plan designed to prevent disruption, minimize inconvenience, and eliminate employee downtime. AFS can tailor a move to any company's individual needs. We can provide project management to coordinate the various activities required for a more complex move ... including inventory, strategic planning and scheduling, coding plans, move phasing, control and implementation.
